By placing an order through my website, you’re agreeing to the terms below. I’ve written them to keep things clear, fair, and protective for both you and my small handmade business.

Treena’s Cozy Flowers is a handmade candle and home fragrance brand based in South Wales, United Kingdom.
Every candle is poured with care and inspired by flowers, comfort, and creating little moments of calm at home.

🌸 Placing an Order
When you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This simply confirms your order has been received.
Your order becomes legally accepted once it has been dispatched.
All orders are subject to availability. Very occasionally, if a product becomes unavailable or there is a pricing error, I may need to cancel the order — but if that ever happens, you will be fully refunded.
You must be 18 years or older to purchase from this website.

Payment must be made in full before your order is dispatched.

All designs, flower-top concepts, photographs, branding, and written content belong to Treena’s Cozy Flowers.

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Treena’s Cozy Flowers is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or misuse of products.
Liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
🌸The Beauty of Handmade
Every candle, wax melt, and handmade piece is individually created.
Because of this:

Flower tops may vary slightly in placement and shape.

Colours may look a little different depending on lighting or screen settings.

Resin, Aqua Cast, or cement-style items may have tiny natural variations.

Fragrance strength can feel different from person to person.
These gentle differences are part of what makes handmade special and are not considered faults.
🌸Shipping
Usually processed within 3–5 working days unless otherwise stated.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013), your order will be delivered within 30 days unless we have agreed otherwise.
Delivery times can vary depending on postal services, seasonal demand, or circumstances outside my control.
Shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned, additional shipping costs may apply.
If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please reach out and I will happily assist in contacting the courier.
Returns & Cooling-Off Period
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To cancel:

Please contact me in writing within 14 days of delivery.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item.
Returned items must be:

In their original condition

In their original packaging
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Once the item is received, refunds will be issued within 14 days and will include the original standard delivery cost.
For hygiene and safety reasons, used candles or wax melts cannot be returned unless faulty.
🌸Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, I’m truly sorry — that is never the experience I want for you.
Please contact me as soon as possible with clear photos and your order details.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods.
Once returned and inspected, a full refund will be issued, including original delivery costs and reasonable return postage.
🌸Candle & Wax Melt Safety
Candles and wax melts must always be used safely and responsibly.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Keep away from children and pets.

Always burn on a heat-resistant surface.

Follow the safety instructions provided with your order.
Treena’s Cozy Flowers cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by misuse or failure to follow safety guidance.
