    For a cleaner burn, a longer life, and the coziest glow.

    1. Trim Your Wick

    Before every burn, trim the wick to 5mm.
    This helps prevent soot, mushrooming, and uneven flames.

    2. Let It Pool

    Allow your candle to burn until the entire top layer has fully melted.
    This prevents tunnelling and ensures an even, long-lasting burn.

    3. Burn in 2–4 Hour Sessions

    For the safest and most effective burn, enjoy your candle in short sessions.
    Avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time.

    4. Keep It Clear

    Make sure the wax is free from wick trimmings, matches, or debris.

    5. Place With Care

    Always burn your candle on a heat-safe, level surface, away from drafts, soft furnishings, or anything flammable.

    6. Never Leave Unattended

    Blow out your candle before leaving the room or going to sleep.
    Keep away from children and pets.

    7. Stop at 1cm

    When only 1cm of wax remains, it's time to stop burning to protect your jar from overheating.

Once we receive the broken item, we will issue a full refund, including the postage cost you incurred.
